February Favorites!

February Favorites!

I know a long time again, but its favorites time again. February has been a crazy month with Valentines Day, Career fairs, nice warm days, snow and tests!

My first favorite is my foundation, it is the Maybelline Fit Me foundation I purchased last spring. It is a little dark for my skin tone right now but it blends out nicely and gives medium to full coverage. I usually wear BB creams but when I need a foundation this is the one I reach for. So this came in very handy this month with career fairs and Valentine's Day! The only thing I am not a fan of is the opening which is just a whole, so it is hard to control how much comes out I usually get way too much, its not terribly expensive so this is not a huge deal.

My next favorite is a concealer, it is the Covergirl truconceal mine is in 1(the lightest shade). It works wonders underneath my eyes brightening them up and covering the dark circles. It is very creamy, but still light enough so it never appears cakey. I don't think it is thick enough for acne though.

The next two are blushes the first is Revlon's Cream Blush in Rosy Glow. It is a gorgeous color with a peachy rose color. It gives a subtle color your cheeks. It can stand alone but also looks great with other blushes. It also has a neat pop-out mirror!

The second blush is Maybelline Fit Me blush in Deep coral. It is similar to the cream blush but it is more of a mauve pink color (the two do look fantastic together). This blush is also a very natural blush on my skin tone.

The Maybelline Color Tattoo Metal in 07 Barely Branded in my next favorite. It is the perfect cream eyeshadow for me. It almost matches my skin tones but still gives a pretty sheen to my eyelids. This eyeshadow looks good with any color and makes them pop. This is another thing that can easily be worn by itself or with other eyeshadows.

My last Favorite is the L'Oreal Colour Riche Caresse Wet Shine Stain in Pink Resistance 183. This is a mixture of a gloss with the look, but also a stain. With the likeness of a stain it has great pigmentation and lasting power and isn't sticky. I would recommend putting a lip balm underneath to moisture your lips. I would really like to try more colors of this product!

Have a good day!
