January 2015 Empties

It's the end of another month which means it's time for another empties! This month I used a ton of lotions and hand creams up because my skin was SO dry and a lot of them were sample sizes! I hope you enjoy! Next month should be super exciting with lots of fun makeup products included. I am so close to finishing quite a few. 

Makeup

Burts Bees Super Shiny in PuckerBerry (No Repurchase) - I won't be purchasing this. I have a lot of other lip glosses to finish and it was not my favorite. It didn't seem to moisturize my lips at all. In fact, it seemed to dry them out. 

Frankenberry Lip Balm (No Repurchase)- I have had this lip balm for a VERY long time that I can't remember where I got it. It did work pretty well to help my dry lips and had a pleasant smell. Even if I knew where to get this I don't think I would repurchase because I have other lip balms I prefer. 

Beauty 

 Burt's Bees Hand Therapy (No Repurchase)- I didn't like this at all. I got this years ago and couldn't stand the smell so I stopped using this. I tried again this month determined to use it and about half way through the bottle the product got clumpy and gross so I had to stop using it. 

Camille Beckman Tuscan Honey Hand Therapy (Might Repurchase)- I loved this! It was a great hand cream for my desk. I haven't decided if I am going to have a dedicated hand cream or just use my regular lotion once I use some of my products up. 

Jergens Daily Moisturizer (No Repurchase)- This sample was okay. Just not great and I am looking for great products to repurchase 

Davines All in one Milk (No Repurchase)- I have not been impressed with any of Davines' products. This was no exception, it did seem to make my hair a little shiner, but nothing else. I was a disappointment. 

Juice Beauty Blemish Clearing Serum (Repurchase)- I didn't like this stuff at first, but the more I used it the more I notice that is actually worked! It didn't clear away all my blemishes, but it did seem to help my skin overall. I definitely want to repurchase this in the future! 

Julep's The Best Pedi Cream Ever (No Repurchase)- I didn't like this product at all. It was watery and not moisturizing! I won't be getting a full size! 

Burt's Bees Radiance Body Lotion (Might Repurchase)- I actually fell in love with this product. I made my skin look and feel great. I did mix a little bit of a heavier lotion in with it, but I think this will work perfectly in the summer months when my skin doesn't need as much moisture. 

Crabtree and Evelyn Summer Hill Hand Therapy (No Repurchase)- This product was in my Project Pan and I am so happy it is finished up. It was a combo item so it also had a lotion with it which should be finished by my next update! This product was okay not great and I won't repurchase there are so many better ones. 

GrandCentral Beauty S.M.A.R.T. Skin Perfecting Polisher (Not Repurchase)- I was not a huge fan of this. It said that it was a face oil with exfoliating beads which I was really excited about, however I never could feel the beads and last months oil (in my December Favorites and Empties)

Jergens Overnight Repair (Might Repurchase)-  I actually loved this sample! It was so thick and moisturizing! I wasn't a huge fan of the smell, but I might have to purchase the full size. 

Niven Morgan Blue Body Lotion in Bergamot & Amber (Not Repurchase)- This lotion was not my favorite. It moisturized okay, but didn't smell good and wasn't thick enough for me. 

Paul Mitchel TeaTree Body Lotion in Lemon Sage (Might Repurchase)- This was almost the opposite from the Jergens Overnight repair because I loved the smell of this lotion but it wasn't moisturizing. That is why I perfect the Bath and Body Works Triple Body Moisture Creams because they are thick and smell amazing!  

Zegarelli Restructure (No Repurchase)-  This was okay. I wasn't super impressed with it, but it did its job. 

Hope in a Jar  (Might Repurchase)- I loved this sample! It was a thinner formula, but I thought it did a great job moisturizing without being too thick and greasy.  

Random 

Glade Expression Refill in Pinapple & Mangosteen (Might Repurchase)- I really liked the smell of this scent! I would get it again, but I would like to try others before that.  

Febreeze Air Effects in Linen and Sky (No Repurchase)- I don't like the scent of linen so I won't be getting this again. However, I did like the packaging and the amount of product that srprayed out so I might get a Febreeze in a different scent. 

Glade in Clean Linen (No Repurchase)-  I didn't like any part of this product! I didn't like the scent or the way you distributed the product because I would get some on my hands. 

Better Homes and Gardens Candied Mulberry Spice (Repurchase)- I loved this wax melts. I actually used them the other day and they gave me a head ache because I put them in three different candle warmers around my house and the scent all together was too strong! I will get them again, but not put them all in at once.

 

Notepads (ALWAYS Repurchase)- I will always and forever buy notepads to write my daily to do lists on! Let me know if you want to see an organization post. 

Empire Home Candy Cane Lane (No Repurchase)- This candle was a fail you could only smell the scent if you stuck your nose into it and the scent couldn't even reach a foot! 

Celestial Seasoning Fruit Sampler (Might Repurchase)- I got these teas a few years ago and finally finished them up. I loved the country peach and wasn't a huge fan of the Black Cherry.
